Steve Daly

Steve Daly
President and CEO

As president and CEO of LANDesk Software, Steve Daly is responsible for driving new and existing LANDesk business, as well as the creation of innovative IT management solutions. Daly served as senior vice president of corporate strategy for Avocent Corporation from 2003 through December 2006 and was responsible for driving strategic planning and business development. He previously served as president and CEO of Soronti Inc., a remote management vendor acquired by Avocent in 2003. Before Soronti, Daly managed various marketing and finance positions at Intel Corporation and was director of marketing for the LANDesk Systems Management division of Intel. Daly holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Mike Hall

Mike Hall
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

As senior vice president of sales and marketing, Mike Hall is responsible for driving worldwide sales and marketing initiatives for all products and solutions. Before LANDesk, Hall was CEO of Senforce Technologies, an endpoint security leader, where his team turned around the business, achieved aggressive revenue growth, and completed a successful acquisition. Before Senforce, Hall served as vice president of sales and marketing at LANDesk Software, providing critical leadership as the team spun out of Intel, doubled revenue and established profitable international operations. He has also served in executive sales and marketing positions, both in the Americas and in Europe, at Novell, Vignette, and IBM. Hall holds a bachelor of science degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Corey Ercanbrack

Corey Ercanbrack
Vice President, Engineering

As vice president of engineering, Corey Ercanbrack is responsible for setting and executing the direction of LANDesk product line engineering teams, including architecture oversight, engineering processes, product testing and project management. As the senior director of engineering for the LANDesk® Management Suite product, Ercanbrack led a 120-person worldwide team and successfully implemented agile development based on Extreme Programming. His continual drive to improve has been instrumental in blending process improvement, quality control, and customer focus in delivering award-winning products to the market. In his nine years at Intel, Ercanbrack held various engineering positions, including director of validation for the Software Products and Services Division and director of the system integration and validation teams for the Internet Management and Appliance Division. Ercanbrack holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Weber State University.

Steve Workman

Steve Workman
Vice President, Product Management

Steve Workman oversees the LANDesk product management team and drives the roadmap and requirements for all product lines. As director of product management for LANDesk from its spinout from Intel in 2002, Workman drove the product strategy and integration of systems, security, and service management product lines. Before LANDesk, Workman held numerous product marketing positions at organizations including Intel, Dayna Communications, and Emerson Electric. As product line manager at Intel, he was instrumental in driving the company's systems management software. While at Intel, he also served as a product line manager developing marketing and channel strategies for managed eCommerce hosting products, and drove product marketing activities for Intel's Small Business Networking Operations. Workman holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Josh Baxter

Josh Baxter
Vice President, Global Services

As vice president of Global Services at LANDesk Software, Josh Baxter is responsible for leading Education, Professional Services, and Customer Support to help customers maximize the value of their LANDesk solutions. Baxter was the director of LANDesk Customer Support from 2004 to 2008, responsible for improving customer experience by sharing customer experiences with engineering to improve LANDesk products. Before LANDesk, Baxter led Customer Support operations at Novell from 1996 to 2004 where he built Novell's managed services business. Baxter holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Utah State University.

Jayne Hart

Jayne Hart
Vice President, Human Resources

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Jayne Hart directs LANDesk human resources activities, including workforce development and organizational effectiveness, global inclusion and diversity, and benefits and compensation. She joined LANDesk from the telecommunications company 360networks, Inc., where she was responsible for implementing staffing strategies, employee relations and employee recognition, and incentive programs. Hart also served as corporate director for XO Communications, where she implemented a national recruiting strategy to reduce the direct cost of recruiting while increasing the quality of hires. She also held positions at AT&T Wireless Services. Hart is a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and graduated from LDS Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has participated in numerous continuing education and certification programs, including a six-week certification program at Harvard University.
